This outstanding luxurious vacation villa enjoys a fabulous location on the Emerald Island Resort. The villa accommodates 12 people and has a large family living area, which has a 48 inch tv and entertainment centre with cable, vcr,dvd,music centre Master bedroom with en-suite, Five bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, each bedroom has its own television/dvd player and furnished to a very high standard by our designers. the large open planned kitchen comes complete with everything you need to enjoy the family meals together including a breakfast bar. The two dining areas benefit a from classic placed dining suite in each area. Luxury decking, private south-facing pool with safety fence for toddlers. The surrounding patio is furnished with table, chairs, and sun loungers; also netting covers the whole pool and lanai area for insect-free relaxation! Being sun worshippers ourselves we have the maximized the decking area to ensure ample room for all guests to enjoy the sun and pool and views beyond without feeling enclosed.

This prestigious resort is a gated community with 24-hour security. Being only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 10 minutes from Disney World and most other Disney complexes,this is the perfect family vacation home in the heart of Disney and we would like to share it with you and your family.

Outside there is a Tiki-hut where you can enjoy drinks and snacks, a children playground, a volleyball court, Tennis Courts, a picnic and barbecue area.

Dear Chris,
A delightful stay in very pleasant surroundings. Any problems swiftly dealt with by the management company who were extremely helpful and polite.
The villa and pool were of a high standard which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The situation so close to the attractions, restaurants and shopping malls is enviable, and to have the freedom of a homely atmosphere ,with the games room for entertainment as well ,make a hotel stay out of the question in the future. I hope to book with you again soon.

thank you for a very enjoyable visit to your lovely home. The villa is suited us very well and is kitted out in a very high standard. The location is first class. This was probably our very last "family" holiday as our children are now 19 + 22 and 14th visit. we all had a wonderful holiday and are sorry to be leaving.

Ideal location, kids loved the games room,we arrived late, so a welcome pack would have been ideal, didn't know it could have been pr-ordered. Resort close to all the parks, would definately book again.

Just a note to thank you for the use of your viila - it was excellent with everything we could want. The games room went down well with the lads.
