Spacious, modern and built to a high specification Orange Tree Villa can easily accommodate two families with the property boasting two luxurious master suites both with direct access to the south facing pool and spa area. A further double bedroom and two twin rooms plus sleeper sofa in the great room complete the sleeping arrangements.

The property offers 4 bathrooms and all bedrooms have cable TV, alarm clock and hairdryer provided.

The open plan great room/dining room is light and airy with cathedral ceiling and three large skylights. This area offers a tastefully furnished lounge area cable 46 inch TV/VCR/DVD/CD, HiFi and direct access to the lanai, pool, spa area.

The fully equipped open plan gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience to cater for 12 people. A table and four chairs provide a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area.

For entertainment we provide a Games room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Basket Ball and Table Football games, along with toys, books, PlayStation 2, videos and DVD’s for all age groups.

The 12 x 29 foot south facing pool and spa provides a tranquil environment and perfect retreat from the fast lane of the Theme Parks. The covered 16 foot by 12 foot lanai is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence and all doors leading onto the pool area are alarmed to alert you that the door has been opened. Sun loungers, patio set and barbeque for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun and dining al fresco are provided. The entire area is covered with a fly screen.
