Sunny villa' can sleep 10 comfortably, having two master bedrooms, a third double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. Two more can sleep on a queen sofa bed. In addition, the villa can take a baby. A crib which converts to a playpen and a highchair are provided free of charge.

Built in December 2000, the villa has its own private, screened swimming pool, which faces south so that you can get the sun all day long! An elegant shaded lanai adjoins the pool, which is surrounded with decking.

This fabulous fully air-conditioned villa has high vaulted ceilings, and attractive ceramic tiles in the hallway, living room, kitchen and dining-room. The bedrooms are fully carpeted. The villa is well equipped, furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated.

The villa is in Bridgewater Crossing, a beautiful upmarket community that nestles among 165 acres of tranquil nature reserves just minutes from Disney World. The delightful Lake Madison is a minute's stroll from the villa. You can fish for bass! It is idyllic.

There is a three mile lakefront nature trail, community swimming pool, volleyball, floodlit tennis and basketball courts, and a lakeside picnic area. All of these facilities are free of charge to our guests. A few hundred yards from the entrance to Bridgewater Crossing is a pizza, chicken and fish take-away (free delivery), grocery store and video rentals.

Bridgewater Crossing is only 3 minutes drive from the fabulous Champions Gate complex with large supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and two of the best golf courses you could ever play on!

It is 15 minutes drive to Sea World, 25 to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes drive away. The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast are about an hour away. The superb Gulf Coast beaches can be reached in about 80 minutes.

Like most Florida villas, for the comfort and safety of our guests we have a no-smoking policy. And we cannot accept pets.

Amenities

There are cable televisions, offering more than 80 channels, in all the bedrooms. In the family room there is a cable television, a DVD player, VCR and a CD player. All bedrooms and the family room have multi-speed ceiling fans.

A separate laundry room has a washing machine and drier. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is a dish-washer, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, etc, etc. In short, everything you need for the perfect holiday is provided.
