Again there is cable T.V. in the room along with a games console. The Pool area has a 26’ x 13’ fully screened pool and spa. There is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and the large deck has upgraded patio furniture. All applicable safety features are in place. The new Mediterranean style community of Tuscan Hills is located on the increasingly popular Highway 27. It is just 1½ miles south from the Western end of Highway 192. Disneyworld is less than 10 miles away and there is easy access to the I4 and on to Tampa, Busch Gardens or the Gulf beaches. There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes away and a Walmart Super Center just 5 minutes away. The nearest bank, gas station and convenience store are within a 1 mile drive. In just a couple of minutes you can reach Highway 192 with literally hundreds of restaurants, shops and all types of entertainment. There are dozens of top quality golf courses all less than a 30 minute drive away, the nearest being Highland Reserve, less than 2 miles down the road.
