Our villa has everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday including:

2 luxury Master en-suite bedrooms both king size beds and cable TV.

2 further bedrooms with twin beds.
The fourth bedroom is Disney themed with Minnie and Mickey Mouse and a Mickey TV with DVD. This bedroom also has a playstation 2 and games.

The Living Area has a 37" Widescreen TV with Cable and DVD.
We have a computer with full wireless internet connection for the use of our guests.
There are also a selection of games, DVD's and books to suit all ages.
We also provide Free of Charge a high chair, cot and booster seat.

We have a kitchen which is extensively equipped with everything you could possibly need including a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all the crockery, cutlery and glasses you could ever need. The utility room houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is a large table and chairs in the dining area.
The swimming pool area has a lanai in case the sun gets too much for you and lovely for sitting under whilst having lunch. There is a patio table, chairs and sunloungers. There are also pool toys for the children.
There is a removable safety fence around the pool for the safety of children.

We have a games room with pool table, football table and dart board. It has lighting and fans.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is in a beautiful location in a gates community, placed just 6 miles south on the US27 from the I4 which very conveniently misses all the traffic on the busy 192.
It is approximately 15-20 minutes from Disney and all its attractions and is also close to several championship golf courses

Amenities

Calabay Parc on Tower Lake is a beautiful new community set adjacent to a large natural lake. It is very conveniently located for all the theme parks that Central Florida has to offer. The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is a popular location for catching bass. A Lakeside Club House including fitness centre and balconies with lake views is due for completion soon and will be available for all guests to use. Watersports will also feature strongly in the popular lakeside community.
It is close to golf courses,shops and restaurants.
