THE VILLA
The villa is located at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, just 20 minutes away from the excitement of Walt Disney World! Situated within the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club community, our home offers superb, tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned accommodation for your holiday in Orlando.

The elegant, open-plan living room and dining room opens out onto the pool area and is luxuriously furnished and well appointed with cable TV, DVD player and CD player.

Broadband, wireless internet is also installed in the home.

The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with ice maker), microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, juicer and all utensils needed to make this a real home away from home. There is a utility area containing washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Both master suites are furnished with queen-sized beds, and feature spacious walk-in wardrobes and fully-equipped bathrooms.

Two twin-bedded rooms, both with walk-in closets, are served by a third bathroom.

All bedrooms have cable TV.

THE POOL
The lanai-screened, heated pool enjoys a waterfall feature and underwater lighting. The pool area is furnished with sun-loungers, table and chairs - a great place to relax after a day out at the theme parks, on the golf course or shopping.
Child security netting prevents children from accessing the pool unsupervised, and the rear garden and pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence.

The award-winning, championship par 72 golf course, created by Steve Smyer, is rated as one of the top modern golf courses by Golf Digest. Five sets of tees welcome golfers of all skill levels, with extensive mounding and strategically placed bunkers. The dramatic hillside layout boasts over 7,200 yards of green expanse and features 100ft of elevation changes, not typically found in the area. The exceptional golf course (opened in 1993), which hosts successful, first-class tournaments and is critically acclaimed, holds and continues to receive a
