There is cable tv, a dvd player, video player and a cd player, with a selection of cd,s for the essential music by the pool !
The patio doors lead onto the enclosed pool deck.

To the left of the living area you will find the twin bedrooms, both which have large built-in wardrobes.
Between the rooms is the linen cupboard.
Also located here is the family bathroom with bath and optional shower.

The master bedroom is to the right hand side of the patio doors, there is cable tv, en-suite bathroom with shower and large walk-in cupboard where you will find a child pen?/cot.
There is also a linen cupboard.
The pool can be accessed through the patio doors.

The enclosed pool area has 2 tables 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The pool itself is larger than average in size and is South facing for MAXIMUM sun exposure, yes sun all day !

Adjacent to the pool is the lawn where you can safely barbeque.

Our double garage houses a heavy duty washing machine, a heavy duty dryer and washing line,
There is also a gas barbeque and some childrens inflatables for the pool.
