We get the sun on our pool and spa all year round as we have an extended deck for the sun and a covered area for much needed shade, These were an upgrade when we had the house built and allowed us to have the biggest pool the builders would install on Emerald Island.

There are 7 marvelous bedrooms, a lake view which then looks onto a forest, all on a very large plot. This villa is set in a resort with nature trails, communual pool/spa, tennis, gym and more!
Over $50 000 has been spent on the interior. It has a games room with Large pool table and air hockey, playstation 2 with games, 8 tv's. To make the villa even more homely we have added free wireless internet access and free phone calls, local, national and international, so you can phone back home and tell family and friends how wonderful this place is!

We are an english family in Essex and have two small children. We have taken measures to make sure the house is very safe. We have installed a pool alarm on the patio doors, a safety screen around the pool and metal bars on the sliding patio doors, which can be removed by adults.

This fantastic executive style home, suitable for 3 to 4 families sharing. Seven bedrooms four and a half bathrooms, two master bedrooms with showers, bath tub, walk in wardrobe, toilet, hairdryer. Two more double rooms with queen beds sharing a bathroom, three further twin bedrooms. Free use of cot for a baby which can be placed in any of the rooms. All fantastically and tastefully decorated themed rooms. All with cable TV. The 4 adult rooms all have LCD tv's.
The home is fully air conditioned.

All the rooms have been interior designed they are unique and not part of a package found in other homes.

Living areas -

There is a sitting area (two sofa's)and formal dining area (seats 6),this is separated from the rest of the villa where the grown-ups can unwind after a hard day at the large private pool.
There is a further eating area in the kitchen which will sit 6 people, next to this is another sitting area which leads out onto the pool. This area consists of 5 further seats, large TV, DVD, Playstation 2.

Pool area - pool and Spa, 2 tables and several chairs are provided. Plenty of loungers are provided for the less energetic. Pool towels provided. Pool heating is optional as is the fast heating gas spa.
This is the largest deck and pool we were allowed to put in, it obviously also comes with a spa a home of this standard you would simply expect that! It has a shaded area in addition to large open area all with LAKE AND WOODLAND VIEWS. Childs safty fence and it is all fully screened.

Fully equipped kitchen - with all modern amenities, (microwave,dishwasher, oven/hob, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.) including a fridge with icemaker. Cutlery/glasses and crockery for up to 14 people.

Bed Sizes 2 kings, 2 queens 3 twins. Double Room Themes; Regal, New England, Contempary, African.

AMENITIES. We also provide all towels and linens, hairdryers in master bedroooms This villa is brand new and has all the little extra's you need to have a comfortable holiday.
Everything is included in the price (except pool heating). Extra's like a 2 cots, 2 highchairs, 2 strollers, pool toys, games compendium. Garage which includes a Full size Pool Table and Air Hockey. There is also a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (No more dirty washing to take home!!).
