Our new beautiful villa offers luxury as standard. Fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished to a high degree, it offers all home comforts and much more. We are located in the quiet exclusive gated lakeside community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, one minutes walk from the lake where you can fish from the newly built jetty. We are a within easy reach of Interstate 4 and all the Disney theme parks, Sea World and Universal Studios as well as the many malls with their fantastic shops and of course Downtown Orlando. There is also a variety of local shops and restaurants including a 24 hour Wal-Mart less than 5 minutes away.
At the centre of the house is the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences including a large American fridge/freezer with icemaker, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher and all the usual kitchen accessories. The breakfast bar provides an area for informal eating as an alternative to the dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen. The separate utility room houses the laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
The lounge, with vaulted ceilings, has cable TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, a radio/CD player and telephone. The wide patio doors lead you outside to the extended lanai and pool area.
There is also a second smaller lounge which has a double sofa bed and TV and Playstation2 with games and this can either be maintained as a family room or used as a 5th bedroom.

The spacious villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms including 2 master en-suite bedrooms with American king size beds, walk-in wardrobes and doors leading on to the covered lanai and pool deck. The main master has his’n’hers washbasins, a double walk-in shower, a corner bath and WC. The two twin bedded rooms have a shared bath and shower room with WC. All the bedrooms have cable TV fitted and all bed linen and towels are provided as is a hairdryer.
Outside is the south facing pool area which is fully screened and has an extended lanai with luxury poolside furniture so there is plenty of space for relaxing in the sunshine after splashing about in the pool or maybe a spell in the spa. Whilst the deck enjoys full sun all day there is also the covered patio for those who prefer the shade. Pool heating is available and for the safety of the very young a pool protection fence is provided which can be removed if you wish. The pool is not overlooked by any properties to the rear.
We also have a games room which has a full size pool table, table football and numerous other family games for you to enjoy.

Amenities

Golf courses at Champions Gate and Highlands reserve both under 5 minutes away. The beaches at the Gulf (Clearwater and St Pete's) are around 90 minutes away and the Atlantic beaches (Cocoa and Daytona) are around 60 minutes away.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a secure gated community with its own club house, fishing jetty, boating ramp and picnic area. We are within easy reach of local amenities for daily shopping needs there is the nearby Publix and Super Walmart store
