Our villa consists of 5 large bedrooms together with 3½ bathrooms, a large dining & living room overlooking the pool and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.

The 5 bedroom house accomodates 12 adults to sleep comfortably – all bedrooms have a walk-in closet and the master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Villa specification is as follows:

•2 Master bedrooms (queen sized beds) each with en-suite.
•1 Double bedroom (complete with flat screen LCD TV).
•2 Twin bedrooms.
•Family bathroom.
•Fully equipped kitchen with open-plan breakfast bar - including cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine and dishwasher.
•Dining area.
•Family room - consists of sofas and chair, cable TV, DVD and CD player. There is a Playstation 2 console plus games, a large range of family DVDs and games for your enjoyment.
•Private pool (26 by 13 foot) and spa - covered by a lanai and complete with table, sun lounges and chairs. There is a children’s safety fence partitioning the large patio area from the pool. The pool is cleaned weekly by our management company!
