We are offering to you a gorgeous single story three bedroom fully air conditioned villa with a private pool located on
Highlands Reserve.Our villa is a minute from the golf club house, close to the community tennis courts and community
pool and children’s play area. Villa is also close to the fabulous golf courses at Champions Gate and Reunion.

Our villa has three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two lounges/sitting rooms, a fully-fitted modern kitchen,
breakfast nook, and a formal dining area. The villa also has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to
use. There is a two car garage.

The master bedroom has a heavenly king-size bed. There is a sliding glass door leading from the master bedroom to
the pool area. The en suite bathroom has both his-and-hers sinks, large shower separate from the bath, and a
separate water closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size double bed and the third bedroom has single twin
beds. These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom. The villa will sleep six to eight comfortably. There is a
comfortable queen sofa bed in on of the lounges/sitting rooms.

Three Wood Villa has a private 30 foot screened swimming pool that can be heated if required. The pool area includes
a full, width child security fence. There is ample, comfortable pool furniture for the sunbathers. There is also a covered
lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade or dine outdoors. Pool area gets sun from early morning
until late afternoon.

with Fridge/Freezer with ice
machine, cooker, microwave, iron

The dining area is ideal for
more formal meals.

The master suite has a King size bed and an
en-suite bathroom, comprising of a large
corner bath, walk in shower, double vanity
basins and WC. The master suite also has
large walk-in closet

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed,
ceiling fan, clock radio, and TV w/ remote.
There is an adjoining shared bathroom with
bath shower
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, chest of drawers, lamps,
TV with remote. There is a shared bathroom. This
bedroom is decorated in the Disney Theme for our
younger visitors!! We are kid friendly!!

The private heatable pool is set in a comfortable pool deck. BBQ, Sun loungers, ceiling fan, a table and chairs
are provided for your comfort. A lanai will provide shade for the hotter times of the day. A child's security
fence is also provided. A great place to relax after a long day at the Theme Parks or on the golf course.

Highlands Reserve is an 18 hole par 72 championship golf course.
There are practice greens, a driving range and a pro shop which caters for all your
golfing needs.
A communal swimming pool, tennis court, driving range, club house selling light snacks
and a children's playground are all available for guests to use.
