A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch the many cable channels on our 60 inch large screen TV. An altogether stunning room.

KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with built in ice-maker, free unlimited telephone calls worldwide, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

NOOK
Leading of from the kitchen an informal dining area with a table, six chairs and two bar stools. From the nook area you exit through patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

DINING ROOM
Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for six people.

MASTER BEDROOM
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 36 inch TV with cable TV a DVD player and ceiling fan.

MASTER BATHROOM
A stunning spacious bathroom with vanity unit, garden tub, shower and Water Closet.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM
Tastefully decorated with an animal theme this bedroom has twin beds a 20 inch TV with cable, Pay-station 2 and a ceiling fan. Directly across from this bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

GAMEROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a gameroom in the garage area. Including a slate- bed pool table, air-hockey, foosball darts a TV with a DVD player and cable. We have also included a table and chairs with board games and puzzles etc for our younger guests.

POOL & SPA
The 12 x 6 lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the West facing, covered extended pool deck, here you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the extended 30 x 14 pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated Jacuzzi spa. Whatever your choice you won’t be disappointed.

MASTER BEDROOM TWO
A luxurious themed room with a Queen bed, 20 inch TV, cable, DVD player and a ceiling fan. Leading from this room is the second master bathroom with vanity unit, bath, shower and Water Closet.

BEDROOM FOUR
A tastefully decorated Mickey, Minnie themed room with 2 sets of bunk beds, 20 inch TV, cable and a pay-station 2. Kids young and old will love this room.

BEDROOM FIVE
A luxurious Scottish tartan themed room with a Queen bed, 20 inch TV, cable and ceiling fan.

BATHROOM FOUR
Services bedroom 4 and 5 with a vanity unit, bath, shower and Water Closet.

Amenities

You, your family, and your guests may enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or a relaxing afternoon at the pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a childrens play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, and a tennis court is in the works. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the communitys natural woodland setting.
At 4,000 square feet the Clubhouse has something for everyone including a fitness facility and spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room; a planned sundry shop; a meeting room for informal gatherings; a computer for guest access to the internet; and a planned snack bar.

A helpful staff member will assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets, or transportation.
